• Timothy Wolf, Founder  Admitted to The Missouri Bar in 1975, Timothy Wolf represented real estate developers in the development of residential and commercial projects for over thirty years. Until his death in 2011, Tim provided tax planning counsel to developers, not-for-profits and financial institutions in numerous LIHTC and HTC projects. In addition to providing legal counsel, Mr. Wolf developed several affordable and historic projects and managed over 850 apartment units.
  • Lara WebsiteeLara Wolf, President  Lara Wolf brings a unique perspective to the use of tax credits based on her experience in property management and construction administration. Working for Patrick Development Company, she has managed market rental properties, overseen implementation of and training for property software programs, managed LIHTC compliance programs, and was responsible for financial reporting and budgeting. She is experienced in construction administration and financing, having managed both LIHTC and HTC construction projects from the due diligence stage through stabilization. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics and is currently pursuing her CPA certificate.
  • Kathy - website pictureKathy Payne, Vice President – Administration  Kathy Payne has provided accounting support to EHCP since 2007. Kathy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and became certified in 1990. She worked for Price Waterhouse for six years in both the St. Louis and Rochester, NY offices and became a Manager. Her clients included Bausch & Lomb and Rochester Telephone (Long Distance).
  • PatrickWorkPicPatrick Wolf, Vice President – Development  Patrick Wolf directs business development for EHCP. He is responsible for developing new relationships while maintaining current partnerships as EHCP continues to expand its resources into states throughout the Midwest. In addition to his duties with EHCP, Patrick serves as Chair of Missouri Preservation’s Public Policy Committee and has been certified by the National Development Council in historic real estate development finance. He graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs, Public Policy.
