- History: The Arcade Building takes its name from a grandiose two-level shopping arcade which runs straight across the lot from Olive to Pine. The Arcade is an early version of the modern shopping mall but its vaulted, tiled ceilings and ornate entrances, lamps, railings, and chandeliers are captivatingly beautiful in a way that modern suburban malls cannot hope to compete with. The Arcade building actually consists of two mostly-separated towers, built on either side of the Wright Building. The Two sections are different heights, front onto different streets, and have harmonious but different facades, designs and details.
C&E Lofts

- History: C&E Lofts has approximately 138,000 square feet on seven floors. The building was designed by Walter Robert Wilson and constructed in 1917 as the M. Burg and Sons Building furniture showroom and warehouse and acquired in 1927 by Chittenden & Eastmen Company furniture manufacturer. The most distinctive feature is the building's north facade facing University Avenue, which imitates the architectural style of famous 19th century Chicago architect Louis Sullivan.

- History: Since its grand opening in 1889, Pioneer Endicott has been a cultural landmark of the St. Paul skyline. It has survived fires, tornadoes and several periods or urban renewal. For decades, the city's newsmakers and tastemakers called the location home, making it the business heart of St. Paul.

- History: Originally built as the Cave Brewery, the Schmidt Brewery has been home to the Stahlmann, North Star, Pfeiffer, Jacob Schmidt and Landmark brands. The last kegs that rolled out of the location in 2002 were filled with Grain Belt and Pig's Eye brew. After a stint as an ethanol processing plant, Schmidt Brewery was vacant until a massive community and developer effort resulted in a plan for the revitalization of the brewery's 16 acres and the creation of Schmidt Artist Lofts.

- History: Acquired in 2005, the Wells Fargo Bank building stands at 255 feet tall, making it the tallest building in the Quad Cities. The Wells Fargo building is on the National Register for Historic Places as the American Commercial and Savings Bank building, and has served as a center for banking in the Quad Cities since before the great depression. It is recognized for its limestone exterior, large banking lobby, and tall clock tower. The building was constructed in 1927 by the Walsh-Kahl Construction Company.
